It is with great enthusiasm that I extend to you an invitation to participate in the “2026 International Advanced Training Program on Clinical Practice and Research Progress of TCM”. This esteemed program is proudly supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of the People's Republic of China and the China Science and Technology Exchange Center, organized by the Institute of Basic Research in Clinical Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, in collaboration with University of California, Los Angeles, Center for East-West Medicine (UCLA-CEWM), Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (ZCMU), and related societies.
As we continue to navigate the post-pandemic era, the 2026 program is dedicated to fostering international cooperation and exchange in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The 2026 program, titled "Integrate the best of East & West for better health & Wellness" aims to showcase the latest technological advancements and clinical applications in TCM, as well as to promote the integration of TCM with modern medical practices.
The program is scheduled to take place in Beijing and Zhejiang, China in late September (tentative from 12-26). This prestigious event offers an unparalleled platform for attendees to interact with distinguished professionals and academics globally. We are particularly excited about the international promotion of TCM and the establishment of a collaborative network that includes distinguished institutions such as the UCLA-CEWM, and ZCMU.

SPRAWOZDANIE
W dniu 14.03.2026 r. W Centrum Symulacji Medycznych Warszawskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego odbył się praktyczny kurs pt. “Protokoły akupunktury ucha według NADA i Battlefield w leczeniu bólu”. Uczestnicy warsztatów mieli okazję zapoznać się z dwoma używanymi na szeroką skalę na świecie, wystandaryzowanymi protokołami akupunktury ucha: według NADA (ang. National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) i akupunktury “pola bitwy” (ang. Battlefield acupuncture). Prowadzący warsztaty, dr hab.n.med. Dariusz Kosson, kierownik Zakładu Nauczania Anestezjologii i Intensywnej Terapii WUM oraz dr n.med. Monika Rybicka z Poradni Leczenia Bólu Szpitala Uniwersyteckiego w Krakowie przedstawili teoretyczne aspekty aurikuloterapii, a następnie odbyła się prezentacja i nauka akupunktury ucha wg protokołów NADA i Battlefield. Pani magister Hanna Wiak przybliżyła uczestnikom zasady sanitarno-epidemiologiczne w gabinecie akupunktury. Podczas warsztatów uczestnicy nauczyli się samodzielnie lokalizować prezentowane punkty akupunkturowe oraz wykonywać z ich użyciem zabieg akupresury lub akupunktury.

On behalf of the International Society for Ultrasound Guided Cryoneurolysis (ISUGC), it is my great pleasure to invite the Polish Association for Study of the Pain, to participate in the 4th Annual ISUGC Conference, which will take place in Warsaw on June 13–14, at the Hotel Presidential.
During the 4th Annual ISUGC Conference, we will present the latest guidelines and most recent clinical results in the field of ultrasound guided cryoneurolysis. The scientific program will include two full days of oral presentations, as well as extensive hands-on workshops with live-model ultrasound scanning.
