The European Journal of Pain (EJP) is the official journal of the European Pain Federation. It is a multi-disciplinary, international journal that aims to be a global forum on all aspects of pain research and pain management. The EJP publishes clinical and basic science research papers relevant to all aspects of pain and its management, including specialties such as anaesthesia, dentistry, neurology and neurosurgery, orthopaedics, palliative care, pharmacology, physiology, psychiatry, psychology and rehabilitation; socio-economic aspects of pain are also covered.

The 24th EFORT Annual Congress will take place in Vienna, Austria, from 24 to 26 May 2023.
This year, the main theme is Building the future of Orthopaedics & Traumatology. EFORT’s Congress has the ambition to showcase all the progress that has emerged from advanced engineering and technology.
