The Pacific Pain Forum is a full-day hybrid pain conference presented by Providence Health Care. Previously named Interdisciplinary Pain Education, the Pacific Pain Forum is where interdisciplinary health care providers, researchers and people with lived experience will learn about the latest advances in clinical care, research and innovations in pain medicine. The Pacific Pain Forum is committed to offering an exceptional program and experience that will expand the field of pain medicine across Western Canada and beyond.

The 2023 conference is our biggest meeting yet, with hundreds of dedicated attendees meeting in person, and another few hundred expected to attend virtually. There will be an incredible line up of world renowned and eminent speakers in the field of pain medicine.

Throughout 2023 and 2024, IASP will celebrate its 50th Anniversary, culminating at the 20th World Congress on Pain, 5 – 9 August in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Over the next two years, IASP will reflect on this milestone with initiatives that reflect on the five decades of advances and contributions made by IASP and our members.
